Is there a way to bathe my dog after our swim?
Yes, we have a bathing station that is available to our clients. Clients are able to book online or day of their appointment if space is available.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments. If your pet is sick or experiencing any GI upset, please contact us as it may be best to reschedule. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Will my dog always need a coach in the water?
Many of our swimmers are able to graduate to our advanced program where there is no coach in the water, but they must be approved for these swims beforehand.
Can I get in the water with my dog?
While owners cannot get into the pool with their pets, the top steps can be used to help guide your dog into the pool and keep them inside during the session
